- End-to-End Encryption: All data is encrypted on your device and can only be decrypted by you or authorized recipients. We cannot access your encrypted content.
- Encryption Key Responsibility: If you lose your encryption key, your encrypted data cannot be recovered. We do not store or recover encryption keys.
- Privacy Commitment: Your personal information is never shared, sold, or monetized. Data remains confidential and accessible only to you.
3. Account Security
- Two-Factor Authentication: If you lose your authentication device, contact support to disable and reset two-factor authentication. This helps protect your account from unauthorized access.
4. Features & Limitations
- Self-Destructing Messages: Messages can be set to delete automatically after a period or upon being read. However, recipients may still capture content (e.g., screenshots), which is beyond our control.
- Multi-Device Access: You may use the platform on multiple devices. Your encrypted data syncs securely across all devices.
- Storage: Storage limits depend on your selected plan. Upgrades are available for additional capacity.
- Data Export: You can export your messages, files, and documents at any time for backup or migration.
5. User Responsibilities
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and encryption keys.
- Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the platform.
